Re:Solutions is an annual creative conference held by AIGA Orlando.

I led the design team for Re:Solution’s 2022 event brand and social campaign, overseeing a group of creatives to develop signage, collateral, digital graphics, and social media content. As design lead, I coordinated strategy and schedule, organized assets, and assigned, directed, and reviewed content across the campaign. I leveraged the unique skills of my team to match team members with project tasks that would reinforce personal growth and contribute to our shared success. I also developed a brand brief, including a system of visual assets based on the logo - such as patterns, halftones, and shapes - to inform my team’s approach and ensure a cohesive brand application.

Because our event promotion was driven by social media, our strategy was closely informed by our social performance metrics. We capitalized on motion graphics to boost engagement, emphasizing the dynamic design of our logo and activating assets across our brand suite.

We also promoted social engagement with a set of Giphy graphics, which were available across platforms for participants to share. Event attendees were excited to connect with their local creative community after two years of pandemic isolation, and we provided a variety of digital and physical touchpoints throughout the event to build on that enthusiasm.
